How do I receive assistance?

Start by coming by when we are open on Tuesdays. You will be asked to complete a short interview process to help us get to know you. Your name and story are important to us! Then, our team will partner with you to meet any needs you may have, including food, clothing, household items, etc. We do not offer financial assistance.

How do I donate?

High-quality clothes and household items can be donated at the covered drop-off at the rear of our property on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (sunrise to sunset). When deciding whether to donate, ask the question, “Is this something I would bless someone important to me with?” If not, it probably should not be donated.

More About Us

Started as a small program for teenage girls at Trace Ridge Church, the ministry of The Resource Center has rapidly expanded and continues to outgrow its current spaces. The Resource Center has the opportunity to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of hundreds of people each week. We also partner closely with MS foster families to assist transitions and help foster children succeed.

The Resource Center became an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in early 2022. It is led by a board of passionate community leaders. Most well-known are our fearless leaders, Thomas Dent and Christy Street.
